CSC-SPV has to roll out the CSC 2.0.
CSC 1.0 are functional but state G2C e-Services are not available yet
This is causing low transactions and thereby low profits for CSC operators/VLE’s.
Services include online ticketing, bill payments etc.
Scope needs to be extended and Viability Gap Funding needs to be considered
Currently CSC 1.0 is under closure and department is preparing Closure Report
