Govt of Arunachal Pradesh got Skoch National Award 2017 Arunachal e-office Arunachal Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Friday inaugurated the e-Office training programme for all ministers and parliamentary secretaries at the Civil Secretariat here.The Department of Information Technology and Communication is committed to make the entire civil secretariat paperless by the end of this year as per cabinet decision.

NIC is the technology partner of DARPG for implementing e-Office mission mode project. e-Office is aimed at increasing the usage of work flow and rule based file routing, quick search and retrieval of files and office orders, digital signatures for authentication, forms and reporting components. e-Office framework (premium version) presently consists of e-File, e-Leave, e-Tour, Knowledge Management System, Personnel Information System, Collaboration and Messaging Systems, the communiqué said.

Skoch National Award 2017 Arunachal M-seva

Arunachal Pradesh got Skoch National Award 2017 M-seva developing a mobile government system for the Arunachal Pradesh Department of Information Technology, the system is designed to enhance citizen access to more than 21 government services across 12 categories in eight state departments using mobile platforms and an online portal..  49th SKOCH summit which concluded in New Delhi on Saturday

Following completion of the mobile government system — called Arunachal m-Seva — citizen access to government services ranging from safety and health alerts to employment services and pension benefits will be enabled using these mobile tools. Digital government services help reduce costs-to-serve and improve constituent satisfaction and engagement.
